Published Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

In adherence to Google’s Child Safety Standards policy, this document sets forth official standards aimed at preventing, addressing, and reporting child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

The organization maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. All instances of CSAE, including possession, distribution, solicitation, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material, are strictly prohibited. Any individual found engaging in or attempting to engage in child sexual exploitation or abuse will face immediate and irreversible account termination, and all relevant details will be reported to appropriate legal authorities without delay.

Our standards emphatically forbid any attempt to share, request, or promote child sexual abuse material. Grooming, coercion, exploitation, or any action that jeopardizes a child’s safety, welfare, or rights constitutes a grave violation of these standards and will be met with severe corrective measures. The organization further requires that all content and user communications comply with local, national, and international child protection laws, and that our practices conform to recognized global best practices for combating online child sexual abuse and exploitation.

To facilitate swift intervention, an accessible in-app mechanism is provided, enabling users to submit reports, feedback, or concerns regarding any suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation. All reports are reviewed with urgency by designated personnel, who are duly authorized to take prompt action, including suspending relevant accounts, initiating internal investigations, and notifying law enforcement agencies as warranted.

Upon confirmation or notification of child sexual abuse material, the organization shall immediately remove such content from its platform and report the incident to the appropriate governmental bodies, consistent with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

The organization undertakes continual reviews to ensure all procedures align with evolving child safety laws and regulatory mandates. Compliance with all relevant legislation is mandatory for every employee, contractor, and partner associated with the platform.

A designated point of contact for child safety matters is made publicly available through Google Play. This individual is responsible for receiving notifications regarding CSAE concerns, facilitating communication with external parties or authorities, and ensuring internal enforcement of these standards.

These standards—specifically prohibiting and addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation—are publicly documented in our terms of service and community guidelines. They are easily accessible and plainly referenced in all places where users access our services.

All staff, associates, and affiliates are expected to understand and uphold these standards without exception. Any breach of these standards subjects the responsible party to severe disciplinary action and referral to legal authorities, and may result in the removal of their ability to access this platform. The safety and protection of children remains the organization’s highest priority.
